Seminole County-- Thirty-three-old Jeffrey Barber was riding a motorcycle on Clem Copeland Road around 4:15 yesterday afternoon.
He refused to stop when a deputy tried to pull him over for not wearing a helmet. Barber crashed after a 3 mile high speed chase. Deputies say Barber then got up and ran.
A GSP helicopter and a team of tracking dogs were brought in, and authorities captured Barber about 2 and a half hours later.
