Albany-  Albany Police are working with the Pembroke Police Department to identify a man hit by an SUV along South Slappey Boulevard.

Police will only say the man you can see paramedics working on is black, in his early fifties, weighting 150 pounds, and is about 5'10". He is listed in critical condition. Tonight, Police have released more information about the driver, 45 year old Lisa Bartlett.

WALB News Ten has learned, Bartlett's husband owns a transmission business here in Albany and she was test driving the SUV Monday afternoon near Oakridge Drive when the crash occurred. Investigators are still trying to determine whether the pole or the SUV struck the pedestrian.

So far, police have not charged Bartlett in the crash.
