Albany -- An Albany teenager, who prosecutors say is the number two leader of the C.M.E. Rattlers street gang, is found guilty of gang crimes.

A Dougherty County jury deliberated only one hour, before finding 19-year-old Denevious Morman guilty of participation in gang activity, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, and obstruction of a police officer.

The jury acquitted Morman of aggravated assault in a 2006 shooting. He'll be sentenced Friday, and could get up to 21 years in prison.

C.M.E. is the acronym for Crime, Murder, and Extortion.
