Albany- South Georgia College beat Darton 3-1 in the first of a three game GJCAA series Thursday night at Cavalier Field.
SGC's Kyle Cravey allowed three hits in the complete game win for the Tigers.
Cravey also picked up the Tigers lone win in their series last week with Middle Georgia.
The two teams complete their series with a doubleheader scheduled for Saturday.
High school baseball, Baconton Charter beats Westover 2-0 in a terrific pitchers duel.
Baconton Charter's Tyler Pinson had 11 strikeouts in going the distance for the shutout.
Westover's Andrew Anderson was just as dominating.
Anderson had 16 strikeouts in 7 2/3's innings of work.
Baconton scored the first run on a Westover throwing error and a double scored the second run.
