Valdosta - Teachers at Val Wood school in Valdosta say it's good for students to play with their food.

The Middle School students there created food sculptures using cans, cereal boxes and other non perishable items. It's all part of a food drive.

One class built a ten foot throne, another a house and even a bathtub.

All together, they collected nearly 2500 pounds of food items that has now been donated to the Second Harvest Food Bank.
