Albany -- When Mary Mathis' ten-year-old son got home from school about 3:45 Tuesday, he saw a strange man inside. The burglar had piled up the television, Playstation, and other electronics to steal.
The ten year old decided to take matters into his own hands, grabbed a baseball bat and attacked the burglar. He said the man tried to pull a gun from inside his pants, but it go stuck, so the ten year old took another swing with the bat.
The would-be burglar apparently had enough and ran away. The youngster still has his Playstation. No arrests were made.
