Albany -- An Albany man was shot this morning during an argument, and police are still searching for the shooter.

Shots rang out about 9:00 this morning in front of 600 Haley Street, at the corner of West Tift Avenue.

Witnesses say a man who they believe lives in this home shouted at the victim to get out of his yard, and then shot him. Witnesses say the shooter then jumped in a car, and sped away.

The victim was hit once in the shoulder, but he was not seriously injured. He refused to be taken to the hospital by ambulance.

The victim stayed for about 30 minutes answering questions from APD officers, then drove himself away.
