Albany -- Driving Under the Influence charges against an Albany man are dropped, but Robert Rosenberg still faces charges in a Halloween night incident last year.
Prosecutors dismissed DUI charges against 40-year-old Robert Rosenberg, because they had no proof that he was driving under the influence.
But Rosenberg still faces four traffic violations, reckless driving, stop sign violation, improper start, and improper turn.
On Halloween Night, Jeff Hoffman said a White Toyota Truck pulling a yard service trailer was driving dangerously on Meadowlark Drive, while kids were trick or treating. Hoffman tried to grab the keys out of the truck, but the driver took off. Hoffman was dragged several feet.
Prosecutors say they will arraign Rosenberg on the traffic charges.
