Albany-- An Albany man was pulled to safety from his burning home this morning by his neighbor. An alert Patrick Perkins noticed smoke and flames coming from this Dunes Avenue home and quickly ran to Tyrone Walker's aid.

Walker had collapsed in the doorway of the burning home. Perkins pulled him to safety and administered C-P-R until authorities arrived. Perkins says Walker is lucky to be alive.

"It was blazing, I just thank God there was nobody else in there. It caught up pretty fast, he is a luck man to be alive today" said rescuer Patrick Perkins. Investigators are looking into the suspicious fire to see if arson is to blame.
