Americus -- A Dooly County man is found guilty on all counts but one, in a deadly night club shooting in Americus.
The jury deliberated 10 hours before reaching their verdict just after noon thursday. They found Shavis Neal guilty in the felony murder of Dekeildric Thorton and the aggravated assaults against Thornton, Christopher Thomas, Friddie Allen, and Algemean Harris.
The jury deadlocked on the malice murder charge.
Superior Court Judge George Peagler postponed sentencing. Neal is facing a maximum of life plus 85 years.
