Albany -- An investigation into misconduct at the Albany Police Department still isn't finished.
At least three APD Supervisors are being investigated by internal affairs for their actions while taking a test last month at the Law Enforcement Center.
The exam was on criminal procedures such as when to make an arrest.
Surveillance tape shows the officers- all Captains or Lieutenants- talking to each other during the exam.
Last Thursday, APD Chief James Younger told WALB the investigation would be wrapped up within the next few days, but that hasn't happened.
"No, it's not finished. We're still working on that," said the chief.
Chief James Younger says there is no evidence that the officers were cheating on the test.
