Thomasville-- Archbold Medical Center's Chief financial officer has resigned.  

William Sellers resignation comes on the heals of an internal investigation that began in November.   That investigation revealed Sellers prepared false documents to get supplemental Medicaid Funds for the hospital.

Sellers had been suspended since the middle of November.
