Atlanta - The Morehouse Tigers overcome a first half shooting slump to beat the Albany State Rams 58-52 Thursday night in Atlanta.
The Tigers shots just 27% from the field and Albany State led 24-22 at halftime.
The Rams tried to keep pace but couldn't with James Clark leading Albany State with 20 points.
Both Albany State teams are back on the road Saturday at Fort Valley State.
The men's game starts at 12:00 p.m. because it will be televised on ESPNU.
The women's game will follow.
