Albany -- An Albany man is indicted for murder, armed robbery, and firearms crimes.
25 year old Dramoskie Perkins is accused of shooting a friend during an armed robbery attempt. That friend was 23-year old Antonio Daniels.
He was shot in the back of the head with a shotgun in June. Prosecutors say Perkins and Daniels were trying to rob four men at Georgian Mobile Estates on Cordele Road when the shooting happened.
Prosecutors don't know if Perkins meant to shoot Daniels.
