Albany -- Eleven hundred people nationwide are losing their jobs in a trucking company cutback... including some here in Albany.

YRC Worldwide is shutting down 27 trucking service centers, including the USF Holland facility on Centennial Avenue in South Albany.

The company referred our questions to a New York public relations that refused to tell us how many jobs in Albany are being cut.

Last night we incorrectly showed video of the Roadway Trucking Company which made it appear Roadway is cutting jobs. The job losses actually are at the USF Holland Service Center.

Both those companies are owned by YRC.
