Thomasville-- VJ and Ilaben Patel turned themselves in today. They're charged with keeping a gambling establishment.
Yesterday the Thomas County Sheriff's office and the GBI confiscated 8 game machines from Rick's Country Store.
They say people who won on the machines were supposed to receive merchandise from prizes, but instead the store was paying out cash.
