Albany - What's the secret to a long life? Getting up and keeping busy. That's what Miss Ida Bell Stafford says.

We first introduced her to you last year when she celebrated her 102nd birthday.

Now she's celebrating birthday 103 at the Albany Senior Center on Pine Avenue, where she comes everyday.

When asked for her advice on how to live to be 103, she said, "Oh honey, you'll feel alright if you get up and do something. You ain't got to sit there now. 'Cause I get up and wait on myself, see. I always wait on myself."

For her birthday, Miss Ida Bell got a brand new hat and some birthday cake, minus the candles.
