Valdosta - Valdosta Mayor John Fretti says he has big plans to improve the city this year.
He's finalizing his state of the city address which will include a review of 2007 and a tribute to Moody Air Force Base.
He also plans to unveil five initiatives that will become major projects in the city and he's giving us some clues on what they might be.
"Technology is always a good issue to look forward upon, some accessibility initiatives and the economy as well. Even though its done fabulous in 2007, we have some specific areas we want to concentrate on in 2008," Mayor Fretti says.
The state of the City speech will take place during the City Council meeting this Thursday at 5:30 PM.
