Worth County-  New details in the case of a Worth County woman who was murdered then stuffed in a freezer.

GBI Investigators say 54-year-old Linda White was likely beaten to death with a hammer. Her body remains at the crime lab in Atlanta where an autopsy is being conducted. White's husband 27-year-old Jacob White has been charged with the murder.

Investigators Monday told us they were called to the Jog Road home three times last Monday for domestic disturbances and while it's hard to determine, they believe Linda was killed Tuesday.

"It's almost impossible, particularly when the body's been frozen, our guess is she was probably killed Tuesday, but that's just our supposition at this point," said Special Agent in Charge Mike Lewis.

Investigators say Jacob White has been cooperating with authorities. Jacob White told family members the freezer wasn't working, when they tried to repair it, they found White's body.
