Atlanta -- Someone's trying to get private information from businesses.
A company calling themselves Georgia Corporate Compliance mailed solicitations with an official looking seal titled, "Annual Minutes Disclosure Statement."
The information suggests companies must file minutes from their corporate meetings on the Secretary of State's web site.
Georgia corporations are not required to do that. Georgia Corporate Compliance was fined for a similar scam in the past.
