Thomasville -- It's a question Thomasville defensive lineman Brandon Thompson has been asked all season, and the senior finally has an answer: Clemson.
With signing day less than two weeks away, the Bulldog senior verbally committing to play for Tommy Bowden and the Tigers next year.
Clemson beat out schools like Georgia Tech, LSU, and Tennessee for the services of the six-foot-two, 291-pounder.
Thompson is the 9th-rated defensive tackle in the nation, racking up 51 tackles while leading Thomasville to the third round of the state playoffs.
Recruits are able to sign a binding letter-of-intent February 6th.
