Albany -- Prosecution witnesses testified they found child pornography found on the work computer of a former Sumter County Sheriff's employee during his federal trial Thursday, but said they found none on his home computer.
Thomas Lowery, Junior is on trial at Albany's Federal Courthouse for distribution of child pornography and for taking an 11-year-old boy to California for sex.
GBI Agent Don Davis and former Sumter County Sheriff's Office Internal Affairs Investigator Keith Landers testified that Lowery's work and home computer were seized in July, 2004.
The Investigators said there was a missing hard drive stolen from a new computer stored at the Sheriff's Office about the same time, and suspected that Lowery installed it in his home computer.
The trial is expected to last the remainder of the week.
