Albany-  A car manufacturer bringing jobs to West Point, Georgia will be in Albany Thursday looking for qualified workers.

Kia has started their recruitment process and they've got their eye on Albany Technical College students. While they won't be collecting resumes, they will be talking with students and recent graduates about the hundreds of jobs they'll soon have available. Albany Tech students may find it a perfect match.

"A lot of the programs that we offer and specialize in are directly related to the industrial manufacturing process so those student as that we have currently enrolled and recent graduates that might be in our industrial systems field or industrial maintenance industrial electronics just to name a few will probably have an interest in these jobs," said Matt Trice, Albany Tech V.P.
