Albany -- An 11 year old Albany boy is charged with aggravated assault after slashing another boy with a razor following a basketball game.

The two boys were playing basketball in the 300 block of Station Crossing Drive Monday afternoon, when they started fighting. One boy cut the other on the right arm with a razor.  The wound required 15 stitches at the hospital.

The victim then took the razor from the first boy, and tried to cut him.

Police charged the 11 year old who pulled the razor with aggravated assault.

They charged the victim with battery. Both boys were turned over to their parents.
