Albany State falls at Benedict

Columbia, S.C. -  First place in the SIAC belongs to Benedict College.

The Tigers beat Albany State 63-55 Thursday night at Columbia, South Carolina.

James Clark led the Rams with 17 points and Scheraun King had 15 points.

The Albany State Lady Rams won their fourth straight game 73-60.

Nikia Trice was one of four Lady Rams in double figures.

Trice had 15 points and La'Toya Coard, Joycelyn Nelson and Aldrany Peak all had ten points each.

The Albany State basektball games are back in action Saturday at Paine College.

Deerfield-Windsor Lady Knights beat Georgia Christian 66-21.
