Valdosta - The 5th ranked Valdosta State Lady Blazers continue to roll.
The Lady Blazers won their Gulf South Conference opener by 11 points Monday night over North Alabama.
It is their tenth straight win and they are now 15-1 overall.
Head coach Kiley Hill says the motto is to play them one game at a time but the VSU women are continuing to make their way to their ultimate goal of playing in the division two elite eight.
Kiley Hill said "We are in the third phase of our journey. We have four phases. One is our preseason conditioning program. The second is our non-conference and now we are in conference play. That fourth phase is postseason."
The Valdosta State basketball teams play at West Georgia on Saturday.
