Ashburn -- The Turner County EMS Director is charged with simple assault.
Randall Whiddon apparently got into an argument last week with Charles Bobo, the father of the former E-M-A director.
Bobo complained to police and a warrant for misdemeanor simple assault was issued.
Whiddon was one of several city and county emergency officials who joined in raising concerns to the county commission about the need of a certified and experienced E-M-A and 911 director.
