January 10, 2008

Colquitt County-  The Colquitt County Sheriff's office and now the GBI want to know who beat a two month old Colquitt County boy.

Tift Regional Medical Center called Colquitt County Sheriff's investigators this week about the 2 month old's condition. When the baby arrived he was badly bruised and it was determine his skull was fractured in two places.

He's been transferred to a Macon Hospital and is expected to recover. The Sheriff's office is still trying to determine how the boy was injured and won't release the parents name, but say they live in the Northeast part of the county.
