Albany - The Darton Lady Cavaliers first home game in 2008 ended on a losing note.
Chattahoochee Valley Community College beat Darton 62-56 in the Lady Cavs final game before region play starts on Saturday.
Takeisha Williams led CVCC with 23 points and Shannon Coleman from Calhoun County led the Lady Cavs with 18 points.
Darton (9-8) opens region play at home Saturday against Georgia Perimeter.
In Americus, Georgia Southwetsern falls to Armstrong Atlantic 74-64.
Aaron Wyatt led the Hurricanes (4-7, 3-1) with 23 points.
The GSW women fall to Armstrong Atlantic 72-54.
Brynne Callaway led the Lady Canes with 15 points.
