Albany-  The city of Albany may sue the South Georgia Peanuts.

The team hasn't paid its light bill for 11 months.

In a letter to the South Coast League, the Peanuts parent company, the city demands payment of the $38,074.33 bill. If it's not paid, City Attorney Nathan Davis says the city has no alternative other than legal action. The city has set a deadline of January fourth for the Peanuts to pay up.
