Valdosta - The Valdosta State Blazers are Bama bound and hundreds gathered to watch them go.
The football team will be playing in the Division II National Championship in Florence, Alabama this Saturday.
Fans lined the streets to send them off in style and say if any team deserves the title, it's the Blazers.
"They came from behind in so many tough games. This is just a dream come true for so many of these kids and I'm living in the moment and want to be there with them," says Booster Richard Lee.
150 students have signed up to caravan to the game Friday at midnight.
They'll be playing Northwest Missouri State at 12:00 PM.
