Investigators continue to probe fatal Burger King accident

December 11, 2007

Albany-  It's been five days since a pick up plowed through the Burger King drive thru on North Slappey killing a Shellman woman, and still no word if charges will be filed against the driver.

The District Attorney's office and Albany Police say they don't want to rush to judgement. Seventy-eight year old Raymond Williams of Smithville told police his accelerator stuck causing him to accelerate through the drive thru and hit 30 year old twins Roseanne Eubanks and Rebecca Todd and Eubanks four year old daughter Emily.

Eubanks died at the scene. Todd and four year old Emily received injuries getting out of the trucks way.
