Albany-  Monday an Albany woman is recovering at Palmyra Hospital after she told police her boyfriend hit her over the head with a television.

It happened here inside Angela Kierce and Joseph Martin's Marsh Landing apartment. The two got into a fight, Monday morning and Kierce told police Martin began hitting her.

She says she fell backwards onto the floor and was covering her face with her hands to prevent further injury when she felt the television hit the back of her head knocking her unconscious.

A friend later took her to the hospital where police took her statement. Police have been unable to find Martin to question him.
