Albany--  Looking for something different to do this Christmas season? How about a trip to the stars?

Thronateeska Heritage Center has kicked off its Season of Light show. In the darkness of the Weatherbee Planetarium, you can see the history of many holiday customs with the help of everything from Christmas tree lights to the burning Yule Log.

Right now shows are Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. The week before Christmas they'll be open seven days.  Show times are 12:30, 1:30 and 2:30 p.m.  Admission is $2.00.
