Cairo-- Seventeen-year-old Christopher Bates was traveling North on Georgia Highway 93, south of Cairo Friday night when a car crossed the center line and hit him, nearly head on.
The driver of the second car was 44-year-old Bruce Dandridge from Tallahasse. He had minor injuries.
