Albany -- An Albany business owner was attacked by a gunman this morning... but the robber ran away when his gun went off by mistake.
Investigators say one shot was fired about 9:15 Monday morning when a man tried to rob the Winery on Gillionville Road.
22-year old Linda Kiem, one of the new owners, said as she was opening up a man pushed her into the building and pulled a gun.
Police say he grabbed Kiem by the throat and told her to open the safe, but he dropped his gun and it went off.
No one was hit, And nothing was stolen.
The gunman ran away. No arrests have been made.
