Thomasville - After knocking off Trinity Christian last week, undefeated Brookwood School has more hurdle to clear to claim the GISA's AA state title.
The Warriors will host that state championship game Friday night against a Windsor Academy team that is 11-1.
That one loss came to the Trinity Christian team that Brookwood cruised by last week in the state semifinas.
The Warriors thoughare not crowning themselves state champions just yet.
The players know they have one more game to play to reach a childhood dream.
Quarterback Scott Cheney said "It is going to be really excitiing. We have been talking about it since we were little. Playing J.V. football.
Receiver Chase 0Harvard said "Most of the seniors, we have all been playing together since middle school and even a while before that. It is pretty incredible."
Brookwood has won three state titles with the last coming in 1985.
