Moultrie -- A second escapee who broke out of the Colquitt County Jail last Wednesday night is back behind bars tonight.

Deputies tracked down 22-year-old Jason Lee Baird around 9 p.m. last night at the Pine View Apartments in Moultrie.

That's just a mile away from the Colquitt County Jail.

This was Baird's second escape from the jail.

He and 27-year-old D. J. Palmer Jr. were caught on surveillance camera jumping from a second floor cell after they used a bench to pound a hole through the wall.

Deputies arrested Palmer Friday afternoon in Hartsfield.
