Robbery Suspect Wanted

November 26, 2007

Albany - - Police are looking for a man they believe robbed several Albany businesses in just a matter of days.

Albany police think 30-year old Kenyata Denard Austin went inside the Woodall's Convenience Store on North Slappey Boulevard. They say he robbed the store last Monday.

Police believe Austin also went to the Hot Dog King on South Slappey, placed an order, and waited for the cashier to open the register. That's when he grabbed money and ran.

They think he pulled the same heist at the Krystal on West Ogelthorpe. Austin is nearly six feet tall, 152-pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. If you have information, call police.
