Valdosta -- The Valdosta State football team won't have to look to far to find film of their next opponent, as the Blazers will take on conference foe North Alabama in the quarterfinals of the Division II playoffs.
VSU advanced with a 55-29 win over Catawba Saturday.
The Blazers put up 42-second-half points to turn a halftime deficit into a rout.

aldosta State came from behind to beat the Lions 27-24 at Bazemore-Hyder Stadium a little more than a month ago.
The Blazers have beaten North Alabama six of the last nine times they've played, but the Lions came out on top the last time the teams met in the playoffs.
"It's going to be a great game," says VSU head coach David Dean. "We're excited about it. It says a lot for the Gulf South Conference that two teams from the GSC for the second straight year are both fighting for the Southeast Region Championship."
Saturday's quarterfinal games kicks off at 1 pm in Valdosta.
