Two Albany men wanted for Motel robbery shooting

Albany -- Albany Police are looking for two suspects they say shot two men during a robbery at an East Albany motel Tuesday night.

They issued aggravated assault and armed robbery warrants for 34-year old Reginald Mathis and 31-year old Rufus Brown.

The shooting happened just before 8 O-clock at the Grand Motel on Radium Springs Road.

33-year old Willie Butler was shot three times. He's hospitalized in good condition. 32-year old Reginald Simms was shot once and was treated and released from the hospital.

Simms told Police three men dressed in black pulled guns in the motel room, demanded money,  took $30, and then opened fire.

 Police found cocaine and needles in the room.
