Albany -- Albany Police have issued arrest warrants for a man wanted for drunk driving on Halloween night on a busy Northwest Albany road filled with trick or treaters.
Police are looking for 40-year old Robert Rosenberg of Albany. He's charged with six traffic violations, including DUI.
Jeff Hoffman said Halloween night he could tell the driver of a White Toyota Truck pulling a yard service trailer on Meadowlark Drive was drunk.
Hoffman tried to grab the keys out of the truck, but the driver took off. Hoffman was dragged several feet and suffered scrapes.
