Camilla- A 14 year old girl is charged with reckless conduct after swinging a knife during an argument and cutting her baby sister.
It happened Saturday in Camilla inside the Hamilton Trailer Park along Baggs Ferry Road. Sheriff's investigators say the teenager was arguing with a family member who was holding an infant.
The baby was cut under the eye. The Division of Child and Family Services has been called in to investigate.
