Thomasville--  The Firehouse Gallery in Bainbridge is home to the Southern Artist Cooperative. The co-op is made up of artists from around the region displaying and selling a wide variety of art in different mediums.

The group says they'll also be teaching some classes and hope to find some new artists to join the group too.    Member Mark Atwater says they will, "Hopefully jump start some people that are interested or maybe just getting started. Lot of kids and things that may have a hidden talent. They don't know until they kind of check it out."

The Southern Artist Co-op will hold their grand opening this Sunday from 1 to 5 p.m.
