Triple Crown Media t sell subsidiary

Albany-- The parent company of the Albany Herald, Triple Crown Media is about to close a deal worth more than seventy-four million dollars. The proposed deal announced earlier this week, will sell Host Communications to IMG an entertainment and media company.

When the deal is done Triple Crown Media will be a pure newspaper company, with a total of five daily papers in the state of Georgia. Triple Crown Media also has plans to move its main headquarters from Lexington, Kentucky to Atlanta Georgia.
