Quitman - An autopsy shows a Quitman man who died after being tased by a police officer suffered a broken back during the struggle.
We just got our hands on some of the autopsy results for 59-year-old Samuel Baker.
He died October 1st shortly after an officer used a taser on him outside a convenience store in downtown Quitman.
Autopsy results show Baker died of a cervical spinal cord injury due to a spine facture that happened when he fell during the altercation with the police officer.
An enlarged heart due to hypertension also played a role in his death.
Investigators say the report will be finalized Friday and then sent on to the District Attorney who will choose whether to press charges against anyone involved in the incident.
