Bainbridge-- Fred Dileo was a nationally-recognized dog trainer from Climax. He was named 2006-2007 Purina's handler of the year and won the 2007 National Championship for training bird dogs.
Tuesday Dileo's pickup truck was hit by a tractor trailer rig near Highway 253 in Bainbridge. He was killed. Charges are pending against David Knight, the driver of the tractor trailer.
