Albany-  Four teens have now been charged in Saturday's accidental shooting of a nine year old on North Central Avenue.

Another 16 year old turned himself in and is charged with Simple Assault, possession of a firearm without a license, and furnishing a firearm to someone under 18.

The teens appeared in juvenile court today, where a fourth teen was also charged with gun charges.

The judge ordered they remain at the Youth Detention Center until their formal hearing November 29th.

Nine year old Zacobe Ford remains hospitalized in Augusta where he's undergoing facial reconstructive surgery. Ford was accidentally shot in the face by his 12 year old cousin after the guns were passed to them from other 15 and 12 year olds.
