Albany - Albany State hit the court for the first time this season and beat Carver Bible 89-65 in an exhibition game for the Golden Rams Tuesday night at the HPER Gym.
James Clark led the Rams with 17 points off the bench.
Clark was one of five Albany State players to score in double figures.
Scheraun King had 16 points, Sean Glenn scored 15, Tyrone Evans and Jamell Ellerbe both had 12 points each for the Golden Rams.
Albnay State opens the regular season Monday night at Xavier-New Orleans.
The Golden Rams home opener is not until December 18th against Valdosta State.
