Albany -- We want you to help us help many south Georgians have happy holidays.

WALB-TV is teaming up with Toys for Tots and the Salvation Army for a canned food and toy drive.

Donations can be dropped off at KFC on Dawson Road, but that's not the only place you can donate.

"Tomorrow, which is Wednesday, we're at Wallace Chevrolet. We're going to put our toys in the van, and the non-perishable foods in the WALB van. And then on Thursday, we're at Advanced Rehab," said Tonya Kilpatrick, Food Drive Organizer.

"We have seen first hand how great it affects the parents and the people that are taking care of the children that are not able to provide. It really gives them a sense of hope, and that's what we're looking for." John Gilbreath, Marine Corps Reserve
